"First time of being in that hospital for a surgery. I was quite amused with the professional experience that I had before and after my shoulder surgery I had there. The nurses and Doctor's I had was so professional and had really good service with them if anything I needed all I had to do was buzz for them and they got right on it. They got me coffee water sherbert with no problem this will be my go to hospital in the future it's so nice and clean even for the meals most hospital food is nasty this seemed to be fresh and loved it keep up the good work."

"This hospital is a joke. It took them 2 hours to do a covid test on a dead night. Most of the time they just have you sitting there doing absolutely nothing not providing you any care whatsoever and the doctor will come out and lie to you about the perquisites needed in order to get a certain prescription in order to save your life. Avoid this place at all costs it is a death trap try Tullahoma."

"I recently was transported via ambulance to this hospital after what turned out to be a mild heart attack. Everyone was very efficient and caring! Dr. Meese, the cardiologist, was great. He has years of experience not to mention that he has a down to earth bedside manner.The nurses were very sweet and responded quickly whenever I needed something. The meals were good, too. The hospital is immaculate. My 4 days in this hospital could not have been any better!"

"This hospital is representative of true and genuine patient care. I’ve had outpatient carpal tunnel surgery here with Dr. McClure back in 2020, and just this week I had a total hysterectomy there with Dr. Murray. I had a 5 star experience with everyone from the lovely lady at the front information desk on my day of pre-op, to the gentlemen from dietary that brought me my dinner and breakfast tray. The nurses were so sweet, and never ever made me feel like I was a bother. The entire surgical team was friendly, attentive, and honestly put me at ease with jokes, which is exactly what I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. I have never been in a hospital that wasn’t just ridiculously noisy at night until this one. It was so quiet. BLISSFULLY quiet. I can honestly say out of the hospitals I have had experience with in several states over the last 4 decades, that Winchester hospital was the absolutely best. Other hospitals should visit them and take notes."
