"I’ve always had great experiences here, but this week really made me exceptionally grateful for this office. We’ve seen every provider here, and we love them all equally. This week, I made some decisions for my child’s health that I had been particularly nervous about, and most definitely racking my brain over. I’m grateful for Kelly and Beckie for their role in helping me make those decisions. Kelly listened so intently and patiently while I expressed my concerns. I never felt rushed, or silly for my concerns. She was so kind. She provided me with information for the next steps to take, and helped to get the process rolling amazingly fast. At the follow up, Beckie also listened with so much care and armed me with the information I needed to make a decision for treatment. She instantly quelled all of my anxieties and concerns and I left confident in my decision for my child. She was so knowledgeable about the possible medications to try and different approaches to treatment, and was just truly so helpful during the process. Amazing providers, all of them. I have stories similar to these above for both Dr. Fernald and Brittany involving so much kindness, patience, thoroughness, and top notch care. Lastly, I wish I had gotten the name of the nurse we had at both appointments this week. You are a total superstar and my little boy LOVED you. Thank you all so much for everything!"

"I have never been one hundred percent impressed but, today I am angry. I brought my 12 year old to get a covid test as she is sick. They advised me they have them come in the building even though I told her I had been sick for 3 weeks and waiting on my results. Walked in and appointment side was over flowing and sick side got full fast and they were closing at 4:30 I got here at 4:00. Saw little baby, and several children ranging from months to 6 or 7. One parent had two very small children sneezing and one coughing, I think one even threw up. I seen them touching floor, chairs, knobs, walls and even sitting on floor. I went to advise nurse they may want to sanitize for the children’s safety ( mind you they were not wearing mask neither the parent) and she said it would be fine they cleaned earlier! Really this is a pediatrician supposed to care if kids could get sick or worse. Several people came in on sick side after us and was called before us and that was before asked nurse to clean. I will be changing my daughters doctor. Was bad enough they did not try to test her further in may for problems with side pain. She ended up with a cyst basketball size. I’m not happy with them at all! Be careful"

"We absolutely love Rainbow Pediatrics! Dr Fernald was my daughters pediatrician for years and she is now 22. At just 11 years old, my daughter became very sick and seen two different drs at another location who just kept putting her sickness off as viruses. She lost 32 pounds and couldn’t afford to lose anymore. Went to Dr Fernald just one time and explained what was going on and he immediately admitted her to hospital and began testing and come to find out her gall bladder had quit functioning completely and had to be removed. If it wasn’t for him and his knowledge she may not be here today. He now sees my step son for last 9 years and is wonderful. There’s never been a time we haven’t needed seen and they’ve got us right in if it was illness. They are all always friendly and smiling and just go out of their way to see we are taken care of. The office is beautiful and colorful and just kid friendly. I would highly recommend this office to any parent!"
