"The food was room temperature. How hard is it to serve warm food? The girl at the counter seemed determined not to take my order. It would have been great if it was hot food"

"It was all great except the food. They said it was all home made. Didn't sit under a lap ever etc etc. Spent nearly 50 dollars. Got served cold food. It also didn't taste fresh. It reminded me of a complimentary breakfast that you get at a hotel. It was very disappointing to say the least. But the lady that helped us out was very sweet and made the experience good otherwise."

"This was my first tutor biscuit world visit ever and it was great! The little store is small, but it is well staffed, and the people are hustling and bustling and getting things done Biscuits are made every day and my biscuit sandwich was light and fluffy and super delicious. The large variety of biscuit sandwiches to choose from along with fries and gravy if you desire Everyone, including the patrons were super friendly… I think that just must be part of Kentucky culture, but man I love it! I think in the 30 minutes I was there, but I got called honey and sweetie about 15 times. It was so welcoming."
