"Dr. Bendre is incredible and I always have positive interactions with him regarding my son’s care. I wish my interaction with the nursing staff who handles prescriptions had been as pleasant in the last 3 years. You have to be your child’s own advocate, and if you are not aware of the medication changes your child is going through, what that entails, and what products to expect/communication to look out for…don’t expect the nursing team to help you out one bit. The lack of communication and information given is appalling and you’re treated like you’re stupid when asking questions that should have been explained at time of switching prescriptions. It’s a very busy office and it shows in the number of times the ball has been dropped."

"Highly disappointed in the treatment of my niece, by Dr. Bendre. He was very degrading with my 8 year old niece. Spoke negatively about her weight in front of her… to the point he asked her how she was doing in school. She proudly mentioned she’d made all A’s! He asked her if she even made an A in PE class and she said yes, he said “I find that hard to believe.” This among other very negative remarks were made to and in front of an 8 year old little girl! As if young girls weren’t introduced to negative body image enough as it is. But, to come from a pediatric specialist who swore an oath to do no harm! That should include mentally and emotionally as well. He should be very ashamed."
