"Our child has been a patient here for 4+ years. We’ve had a great experience, and everyone is so kind and helpful. They’ve been great about keeping us updated on results, and fitting us in for an appointment last minute."
"The check in staff are so rude ,they gossip and roll their eyes at you ,this isnt a one time event but every time you go , I like Robin Darnell but everyone else not so much ,any concern you might have about your child is chalked up to your child needing to wash their hands more , because children's hands are nasty is what we have been told multiple times .very unprofessional atmosphere"
"Took my son there yesterday because he was urinating blood and it hurts when he pees. Well, yesterday “within a couple hours” they were supposed to call with the results. I called before the end of that day and they said to call back same time tomorrow. I called twice more today, earlier on in the day and at the end of the day and still zero results. I’m not sure if it was kid care pediatrics or the imaging center that dropped the ball. Regardless, the ball should never be dropped… especially when a child has blood coming out when peeing. Also, side note. Not sure why things are still being faxed now a days. The imaging center said “the results were already faxed over”. There’s a new really cool technology available called an email. It’s generally pretty simple to use. It’s much more reliable than those Stone Age fax machines. Update. I’ve been in the ER for 1.5 hours (very quick for an ER) and they have already determined it’s a UTI…. Why could this not have been discovered yesterday? Makes me question the ethics of this clinic."
"All three of my children were seen by Dr. Evans at some point at this office and I never had any serious instances in which I wanted to change pediatricians. The office staff are extremely busy and have always done what was requested of them. Pediatrician offices are typically always somewhat high-strung and have high expectations from parents of sick children as nobody wants a sick child, but other than high wait times, we have no complaints. I do like that the office has a separate room for sick children that they can wait in which did seem to be cleaned regularly."
"I absolutely adore Dr Evans! I've never had a single problem with the office staff. Everyone has treated my children and myself very well. They DO have a sick waiting room. With a TV and toys. I've seen most of the providers during sick clinics. They really listen to me and seem to value my thoughts as a mom. The one time I had to call afterhours I was called back very quickly. Awesome staff! Love them!"
