"I’m giving this a 2 star review because I’m beyond angry. Words cannot describe how upset I am. This review isn’t about Dr. Dye, she’s always been awesome! Dr. Dye is absolutely amazing! We love her! However, one of her nurses is not amazing. She was rude and very dismissive of what I was calling to ask for. My child, my 8 month old child, has hypothyroidism and we were on her last pill last night so I went to the pharmacy to go pick up her refill and it wasn’t there, okay no biggie, well then I called their office and spoke to Nurse Megan or Morgan or whatever her name was, she didn’t ask for my daughters birthday, medicine/dosage she takes, or what pharmacy we even go to. She acted like she didn’t even want to give me the time of day. I had to rush and tell her all that info at the end of the phone call and I don’t even think she was listening to me. She just said “uh huh we’ll get it filled” and it’s not like I called right before closing or anything, I called at 11am. They had plenty of time to get her prescription filled. I’m sure you all know what not taking your synthroid can do to you. I’m just truly upset."
