"Food was horrible, cold and the mashed potatoes were the worst I have ever had. Chicken was cold and tasted like it had sat all day. Had to add something on to my order and they were rude about having to do so. We will never be back. Spent over 50.00 for my family to eat and most of it was trashed. Slaw was the only good thing."

"I did "Quick pick up" nothing quick about it. I waited 30min at the establishment for 8pc chicken. I didn't have any sides.. Chicken only. I thought an online order would be faster I guess not... No other customers were there. Just me. Horrible service.."

"During my dine in visit on 9/14/23 @1:30, the manager(Trina) was yelling at her employee to clock out and don't come back while customers were at the counter placing orders. That male employee never responded disrespefully to his manager. As a manager myself, I think that she should have been more professional about her position of authority and does not meet the qualities of management and should be demoted for abusing her position as management!!! I will not return as a customer as long as she's manager. Respectfully yours, Manager D"

"I don't really know what to say except for it was probably personal preference but the chicken was gross. My kids, on the other hand, thought it was delicious. I did also spend twice as much as I think I should have spent for what we got. The Kentucky Fried Chicken was in a convenient location which was why we chose it. The girl at the window was not very friendly, and my food definitely was not cooked to order because I ordered 20 chicken tenders and pulled right up to the next window and got them in less than 2 minutes. I'm thinking that's the reason they didn't taste very good."
