"The best experience ever celebrating Valentine's Day with my wife !!! Jhoseline was our server and she was very attentive and recommended us the Vara Pincho and it was a really good option. "Sooo. The food was delicious! Albeit, they either don’t really do steak temperature properly or our waitress didn’t really care. On that note, our service was absolutely horrible. If you catch any of my reviews you know I try and try before I leave a bad service review. Having been a server myself, I get how hard it is. This server though, this was her social hour and not work time. To add insult to injury there is a forced gratuity on parties of 4. Absolutely no notice of said forced gratuity either. I understand why she worked so little. The food prices were reasonable but I spent an equal amount on 4 single shots of Jack and Coke/Sprite as I did on the entire plate of food that fed 4 people of which 3 were grown men with an appetite."

"It's the second time we come, the food is amazing, it truly feels like a little piece of Venezuela in Atlanta. Fernanda the host was very friendly and kept checking on us. Our server was Mariam, she was also great. We intend to come with a large group of friends soon."

"We waited an hour and half after putting in our orders to be told they ran out of pork, so because of this, we were told we had to get single meat orders - we were then told these plates did not come with french fries when we expected to get french fries with our original order. They brought my girlfriend’s brother and his family barely cooked and cold food . Health hazard waiting to happen. They practically argued with us to eat other people’s food that they brought us by mistake. It was my first experience dining here with my girlfriend and her family , let me tell you, their customer service was absolute garbage. Avoid at all costs, you’re better off cooking your own food at home."
