"Took my wife and child here so my kid could play in the playplace. Everything was a mess - the bathroom was in bad shape, the tables were dirty, and trash was laying around. I requested a staff person to clean, and he came out w the mop/bucket instead of a cloth for our table. I probably would have left, except my kid needed to burn off energy. Will think think twice before coming back. Seeing staffers standing around, doing nothing, when needs are evident, is sad to watch."

"Was very disappointed in the fish sandwich if you going to cut corners just don't even have it on the menu the fish Patty was so dry where it was either overcooked or was sitting for a very long time in a warmer only a half a piece of cheese was placed on the bun"
"They didn't have ANY of the advertised fun toys etc. We specifically ordered the chicken nuggets for the toy nuggets, which they said they are not doing anymore even though advertised all over a digital menu. Then we bought a happy meal for the Squishmallow and got some stupid card game! My daughter was disappointed and so was I. The food was good and service was OK. Staff didn't seem happy to be working there."
"Clean. Good customer service this morning 4/30/2023. I have been to this location before and it was bad customer service so today was a huge improvement and this is why I rated it 4. Dine in or takeout. Drive through services are available. Off busy Buford highway. Not too far from the mall of Georgia. Delivery services go inside to pickup orders. There is a designated shelf for delivery orders."
