"I was so impressed with everything about this kfc that I went on to leave a review. I was very surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I'm not sure who hurt those people but my entire experience was great. Fast friendly service, delicious hot food, and constant absolute fire coming through the speakers."

"Their grilled chicken is delicious! Yes, I said "GRILLED"! I use to be a fan of KFC original recipe but a string of bad experiences including inedible chicken, poorly prepared sides, and bad service at a different location made me want to avoid KFC for over 3 years. My husband wanted KFC tonight, but I didn't really want fried food. However, I saw the sign said Kentucky "grilled" chicken. I didn't see grilled chicken on the drive-thru menu board, but they confirmed they have it. I ordered a two-piece box, and it was hot, moist, and flavorful! The green beans were well-seasoned and cole slaw slightly tangy and good too, and the biscuit was hot, fresh and flaky. His original recipe meal with mashed potatoes was good too. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Service was fast and accurate. I ordered the 8 spicy wings and they were horrible! All fat and no meat. No thank you. Never gain. The cole slaw was good. That's it."

"This Location A Mess. I worked Fast Food As A Kid And As Teenagers Provided Better Customer Service And Fresh Food To Customers. I ordered at the drive through and was never told there would be a wait on my order. The person at the window which looked to be a manager took my payment gave me my card back and never came back to the window. He never said there will be a wait on your order or anything. After 10-15 minutes or so he comes back and says please pull up your chicken is cooking. I wait about another 10 minutes nobody brings food. I go in it was ready the manager nowhere insight not even concerned about the excessive wait for 8 little weird looking chicken wings. Not only that the bread on my two chicken littles I ordered was hard as a brick the bread was extremely stale. To have a person wait as long as I did for stale food is just crazy. You guys also made me behind schedule for a meeting ASK a customer if they want to wait for things to cook first especially when they just end up with stale food anyway. They probably hadn't even dropped the chicken when I was sitting at the window forever and they only asked me to move up and told me the chicken was cooking when cars been to pile up behind me. Just annoying and Unprofessional With Nasty OLD FOOD"

"9/13/23 Update: If you want a GOOD chicken sandwich at a reasonable price, KFC is the place to go. While other fast food chicken is getting thinner and small, at KFC, you get a thick fillet that is larger than the roll! Still have crunchy, terrific fries too. ********** KFC, almost any KFC, makes THE best chicken sandwich. While other places, the chicken is getting flatter and smaller, KFC gives you your money's worth. Definitely give it a try! BTW - Their fries are great also."
