"This location used to be good but has really gone downhill these past few months. New staff is wildly inconsistent and theres been a handful of times now that either food will be still frozen or burnt to a crisp, and drink orders are almost always wrong nowadays. I won't be going back to this location until staff is properly trained."

"Love the ice cream and donuts. Went in to order a cake and told I had to do it online. Sat there and tried, but it would not let order what we wanted. So we left, did a cake from baking grounds. BGs is always friendly and ready to help. Feel like at Baskin we are inconvenienceing when we are there."

"The donuts and coffee here are amazing! The coffee is nice and hot. So hot in fact, it caused 3rd degree burns to an elderly lady! Wow! She got 3 million out of it though, so if you get coffee here, claim your 3 million too!"

"The people that run this place are wonderful. I’ve been bringing my kids here every morning for several years now. When I pull up, they already know my order and have started preparing it. They’re always so kind and do a great job taking care of my kids. I can’t say enough good things about them."

"I ordered hot, less sweet almond milk caramel craze for $6.88 for medium size. I’ve got a little warm coffee so sweet that I felt like my mouth was full of honey. The cup was all milky carameled around and my hands too after having it. And on receipt I read “milk” and I hope they didn’t added it in it because I asked for almond one. I’m very unsatisfied for that for $6.88! I went to QT and bought another coffee for $2.20."
