"Cold fries ask for more fries gave me back the same fries will not ever eat here again"

"Went through the drive-thru to order a sausage biscuit. After waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line, I was handed a cold hard biscuit. It didn't help that the biscuit sat in the window while she counted out my payment with cold gusting wind. I called the restaurant and told them that I couldn't even bite into my biscuit and drove back up there after they agreed to replace it. The second biscuit I got had been microwaved to the point of burning my skin and mouth and the bread of course immediately hardened once it cooled to a tolerable temp to eat. The employees clearly don't understand that it is against food code and regulation to take an item back in the window that has been eaten off of, as it is a contaminant. The employee touched the food I bit off of and then touched other people's food after that without washing hands. I give two stars because of the kind young man who had a good attitude about the whole thing. This McDonald's never fails to disappoint."

"I placed a mobile order for in store pickup at 10:45 they close at 11 for in store pickup. Doors are closed. I get in line and wait for 30 minutes for them to tell me they can’t change my pickup method and complete my order. Then I can’t even place my order bc it’s cash only."
