"I just don't know what to say anymore. Fast food is no longer that. It was the convenience that made me frequent any fast food establishment. However you pull up, you're greeted with a nonchalant spill, you're asked to repeat your order several times bc she's clearly talking to someone else. Get to the window, pay and are asked to pull forward!!! WTH, WHY!?!? I lost track of time bc I'm doing many things before work, next thing you know 20 min has passed. I'm overly irritated, I no longer wanted my food. I went inside, it's so much going on idk how they do it honestly. I asked for a manager so I can get a refund. Mrs. Minnie assisted me and she said "I just asked them about this order".. But why almost 25 min later are you just inquiring? Needless to say she was very nice, and my food arrived as we were conversating. She continued to apologize, which was unnecessary but I had to go. My sprite had no syrup, my bun was hard, I paid for extra onions that didn't happen, fries were tolerable. This really is sad how customer service just doesn't exist in alot of places. I truly rely on fast food bc my work schedule but I might do better spending my money on a meal prep service. Owners need to train their people"

"I've been wanting to try cold coffee caramel drinks for awhile. So, a friend said a while back try "McCafe Caramel Frappe", Kool. I just happen to pass by McDonald's and the thoughts came to mind. I decided to sample one of their iced coffee drinks. But instead chose medium Caramel Frappe with no whipped cream. Quite different from their "Frappuccino counterpart". You can instantly taste the espresso, this is a less creamy blend. With a hint of caramel sprinkling which made the sweet Ice slushy blend tasty. It was a refreshing mouth watering alternative."

"Where's the beef?! Okay, I never was a fan of McDonald; but I was hungry and need something to tie me over until I got home. Use to love McDonald's french fries, until now; The young lady that took my order was coldly pleasnt and the hamburger was like chewing rubber."
