"I went through the drive through, I ordered two #6’s, beef chalupas combos! When I got home and opened my two combos I had received two chicken chalupas combos! When I phoned the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager the person laid the phone down on the counter and just left me hanging there! After about 10 minutes I hung the phone up and tried phoning the restaurant back but it went to busy signal for the next 3 hours! I will never return to this Taco Bell restaurant again!"
"The cashier/ order taker was great. My food was great, I actually got chicken as requested. But...for over $30 for 2 meals and some dry, microwaved hard af cinna-bon things-it was not worth it. There is literally not a single reason in the planet that 2 meals and a snack should ever cost more than $20 for a fast food joint. Highly disappointed with the cost vs quality factor."
"Online it says dine-in is open till 2am. At 10:30 the staff was super rude and told us we lobby was closed. Would have been fine if they told us before we were about to pay for our order but made us cancel. Staff was so rude about it for no reason. Put a sign on the door then."
"Only gave me like half a pump of cheese, the other sauce spilt out cause it didn’t have a cap on it. Mexican pizza looks like trash. Literally none of the toppings are on it. Also waited 18 minutes for this… Smdh"
"Haven't had taco bell in over 6 years so I gave them a shot and should have just passed on by. My order was wrong so I couldn't eat it no way, well I ate the hard taco before it got all soggy large drink NO ICE, I mean nothing I asked for $15 donated to Taco Bell oh the drive through gentlemen was good with smiling greeting multitasking just not my ORDER, unless the preparer was in error and just gave me whatever."
