"Edit 02-08-24. The gentlemen they got mannning the drive through at night now is great. Turned an abysmal taco bell back into a one worth visiting. Someone give the man a raise. Complete 180 compared to my previous experience. ---- Let me preface this by saying I hate complaining about fast food as I understand that we are human and we all make mistakes... I've given this location benefit of the doubt and this is the 3rd time they've failed to deliver. Please heed the warnings of these reviews and go elsewhere until these guys get their act together. Management needs to do something about the workers, its not their fault they are not properly trained. If you come here at night, expect to wait 30+ minutes for a wrong order. And I don't mean one missing item, your whole order will be wrong. I have never been to a taco bell where they ask how many sauces you want and baja blast is consistently out. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, and the guys came out and told me chicken was out, but I'm pretty sure that was a tactic to buy themselves more time. I uploaded a picture of my "grilled cheese" burrito. Sauce packet for size reference, laughable. If you like to pay $16 for a surprise meal, this is the place to be!"

"I went through the Taco Bell drive thru this evening after my nail appointment. I'm usually hesitant to visit this location. But I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out through the drive thru within 3 minutes tops. My drink was ready by the time I pulled up to the window,the young lady took my payment and had my order ready by the time the transaction went through. My order was correct and that put a smile on my face. Thank you!"

"Guy in drive-thru was nice. The beans on my burrito were dry and looked like dirt. Sparse toppings and some missing all together. This will be my last time...."

"Stay away or drive the extra 10 minutes to find a different Taco Bell. I feel really bad for the employees who work here. Super long wait. Understaffed. Children playing behind the counters with one of them wearing work gloves while wearing a green hoodie who looks 11 years old. Even though the drive-through is open, the drive-through light remained off. After ordering our food, we waited with five other cars for long enough for us to have gone back and made the food ourselves… Have not even gotten our food yet, and I don’t know what we will get. I may update later after receiving the food our family ordered…"

"Ordered at the drive thru. Had a larger order of 8 items so I was not surprised when they asked me to pull around. I was surprised that 17 minutes later I had still not received the order. I went into the dining room to ask the employees to please cancel the order and refund it to my card. They informed me that the order was currently being made so I waited for it to be finished. They also informed me that they were out of all of the sauces except Diablo. I did not ask for any sauces but it is a little ridiculous that one of the things Taco Bell is known for is not available. When we got the food home I found that my grilled cheese burrito and steak quesadilla are burned to the point of inedible. Will not go back. Health score was posted as an 82. I'm assuming that I kind of got what I should have expected, but I will never return."
