Waffle House 4115 Buford Drive, Buford, GA 30518

"The foreign cook and the 50+ year old lady that worked together last night (01/24/24) around 11pm are racist ! They admitted to not serving to black people. I sat and waited for my food for 2 hours and asked them what was taking so long which then they proceeded to tell me to leave the store.. i then asked the cook why couldn’t i eat there and he just kept saying to leave and so then I asked him did he just not serve to black people and he said correct.. he then called the police and they escorted me out and told me he wish he could do more to help me but due to it being a business , I have to leave if they tell me to. I did nothing wrong and couldn’t eat there because I was black."

"Used to live in the area for a long time and never went to this location. There is no specific reason as to why, just didn’t. Have been twice with friends since I moved to Canton and this time was the best. Waitress was friendly and well accommodating. The food this time was probably the best I’ve had at any Waffle House location! Only reason it wasn’t five star across the board was the +\- 8 teenagers there. Too much going on in that corner area. Otherwise it was a great time and will continue to use this location as our meeting spot."

"It is always a hit or miss. Sometimes service is amazing and sometimes not so much. Today we went, walked in... No welcome or I'll be right with you, absolutely nothing. The cook came took our order. I ordered a DIET Coke he brought me a regular and pretty much was like that's diet, you want something else? I let my husband try it(. He HATES anything diet) and was like ,nah that's regular. I said maybe someone mixed them up, and his response.. do you want anything else. When we got our ticket, he had put down c for coke no DC like you would think. If I would had known before we placed the order, we would have gone somewhere else. Maybe he was tired but I still believe in customer service. Food was good, even though I had to eat without anything to drink. Not going back."

"It was OK. The chocolate chips on top were way too many. Then my waitress disappeared, never checked on me. I was going to order food to go. She got no tip. The waitress who checked on me 2 times and brought me a drink to go got it. Bacon was not even crispy."

"Hate to do this but this is the 3rd bad experience at this location. This morning I arrived at 7:15. It was not busy. It took 50 minutes to get my fiesta omelet because the cook had to remake it after flipping the first one onto the stove. The cook did not care about his job and was going so slow and made it obvious he didn’t care. The second omelet looked and tasted terrible, see the picture. The server tried to make it right by giving a 10% discount and she was sweet but unfortunately she was also very slow and not staying on top of the coffee or getting condiments or even giving us a menu. We usually come here 3 times a month but will now have to go up the road to the other location across from the mall."
