"Brian was extremely helpful and nice. I pulled over to write this review because I was so impressed by his kindness and warmth and professionalism. We had a bad experience at an another Dunkin and even though they are not affiliated with each other Brian decided to make sure we were happy and fixed the coffees. He’s truly professional and you can tell he cares about the business and how the customers experience reflects on the brand as a whole. Thank you Brian. "Hot cappuccinos came out ROOM temperature. Phone number doesn’t work. Upon returning, no one apologized….which I guess is why they make their hot drinks without a care. So unfortunate. Won’t be going to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again as this isn't the first time and the manager is not customer service oriented at all. Go to the other Dunkin in Sugar Hill off 20! It’s night and day!"

"Everyday, I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts that’s by my house to come to this location. They’re always nice but number 1 reason is because they make my coffee the way I ask for it without fail. My breakfast sandwich I order extra toasted and they actually do it. Yup my coffee pictured is gone!"
