"I have nothing to say about Dr. Nenow because I have never had to go to him for health issues but his 2 receptionists that sit up front by the window in his office those two on the other hand that is a different story both of them have no business dealing with the public they have very negative attitudes they seem annoyed all the time like if they do not want to be at work especially the older one that sits by the window I do not know if others have complained about those two and I do not also know if Dr. Nenow is aware of the way those two behave but they definitely need to be addressed about their negative attitude cause at the end of the day the staff is a reflection of the Doctor if you have a great staff then you will have a great impression on every patient that goes to that office just saying food for thought"
"Had an absolute positive experience with Dr. Nenow and his staff. Nurses were very kind, helpful and patient with me as I had a screaming toddler that had a popcorn kernel in his ear. He was very calm, professional and understanding of the 3 year old who had his ear scraped at by Med Express, Emergency Room and his pediatrician. He was able to get the kernel out of his ear very quickly and painlessly. I will absolutely use Dr. Nenow in the future."
"I would give less than 1 star if it were possible. First of all my appointment was at 1:30pm, I was not seen by the doctor until 2:15pm. This was actually my second visit with this doctor and the first one wasn't any better. He had sent me to have a hearing test, which I basically had to beg for. The audiologist was great, said I had some hearing loss that wasn't permanent, I had an issue with my middle ear, and I needed to go back to the ENT to have the issue addressed. Dr. Nenow said the hearing loss wasn't bad, but permanent, and eventually I might want to think about hearing aids. I told him this was the opposite of what I was told by the audiologist, he didn't really care. He didn't care that I have been dealing with this for over a year, that my throat itches all the time, that my voice comes in and out, that my ear itches all the time. He reluctantly agreed to send me for allergy testing after saying that some of this could be allergies. Then told me no other specialist would read the allergy report for me so I would have to come back and see him. He spoke so soft and in a monotone voice that I could barely hear him, and he just acted like I was bothering him, and taking up his time. To say he was rude is putting it mildly. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go see someone else."
"Last week was my first and last visit to this doctor. I've had problems with my throat since I was a little kid and his answer to everything was acid reflux. He was very rude and acted like he was better than me or he didn't care about anything I asked him about. He mumbled or didn't talk loud enough to hear him. I had to say excuse me or what at least 3 times. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a doctor in my life. By far one of the rudest person I've ever met in my life let alone a doctor."
"He diagnosed my issue and recommended a on-patient surgery. He also talked about other surgery option. Told him, what I was leaning toward but wanted to think it over and discuss it. Called week and half later to schedule surgery (which he told me to do). And was told it’s “hospital policy” that I have to come back in for him to see me before scheduling surgery. So I have to spend over $600 (2 office visits) to schedule a surgery ($$$) because of “hospital policy?” And, I have NO other options. This is the only provider in my network. #Monopoly. So they set the price and policy. And I have no choice but to pay through the nose."
