"Not a lot of good pupusa places in the norcross/ lilburn area so when we found this place it became our go to for pupusas. They’re always nice and the pupusas are not over greasy and very cheesy."
"Wonderful food, wonderful folks. Please stop by and give them a try, you'll be so glad you did."
"i’ve eaten at this place before but i called in advance because it was the 4th of july. i asked the lady if the store was open and she didn’t speak english. she didn’t try to comply with me or even give the phone to another person who spoke english. she said “no comprende” with an attitude and hung up the phone. i’m not upset that she couldn’t speak english but the lack of compliance and patience the lady gave me is what made me upset. i’m however upset because the pupsas here are really good, but because i was given nothing but an attitude i will not be coming back."
"Being born and raised in San Francisco, I have had the privilege of eating pupusas throughout my life. This place was the first one I found that does not serve rice and beans. If you’re Hispanic, you will know how that reflects on the restaurant. The tortilla was so thin that it was about half the girth of a regular pupusa. They skimped on the cheese to the point that the only cheese I tasted was the part that seeped out of the tortilla and got pan fried. Their pupusa was little better than a plain handmade tortilla. This place is really a fast food version of El Salvadoran food. Like McDonald’s, it’s edible, but well below what you would get from a real restaurant."
"The chicken in the Pollo con Tajadas was extremely dry. We have had much better mole elsewhere. We also would have preferred if there was no bone in the mole to make it easier to eat. I don’t think we will return."
