"Order taker in the window sounds like he’s miserable. They kept saying my order wrong. They up charged me for a large meal when I didn’t ask for it to be large and charged me for bacon and didn’t even put it on. I know it’s fast food but damn at least try to do your jobs right."

"Tonight I went to McDonald’s I know I placed a big order but it was very simple it was all nuggets. I placed my order got to the window and had to replace it because the cashier said my order wasn’t on the screen. His managers come and shows that I placed the order and just have to pay. But by then the damaged was done I sat there for 20 extra minutes repeating my order to 3 other people after I had already paid. But thanks to Alexander he gave me exceptional service and was making sure to get my order correctly. If it wasn’t for his kindness I probably would of just left. Once again thank you Alexander give that man a raise or a promotion because he deserves it."

"I have had the opportunity to visit this restaurant twice now. The establishment is well-maintained, and they have implemented self-driven state-of-the-art kiosks for ordering. However, I found the kiosk interface to be less than user-friendly. Despite attempting to place our order through the kiosk, we eventually decided to order in person. The process of placing a simple four-combo order turned out to be a bit frustrating as we were repeatedly asked for confirmation. It seemed like an unnecessary hassle. To enhance the overall customer experience, I believe the restaurant would greatly benefit from providing better training on using the kiosk for more effective and seamless ordering."

"First time visiting this location and it was very nice. Aside from the maze of wet floor signs everything was good and on par for McDonald’s! I ordered my food on the kiosk and it was made and brought out promptly, this even with a very long line in the drive-thru! I ordered a vanilla cone, and my cone was not stale as I have been experiencing in my travels out the continental United States. There is a playground at this location with plenty of room, tables, and chairs to sit and eat your food while the children are playing."
