"Glad I went inside this morning! Everyone was smiling and welcomed me in. An older man took my order and we talked about life and plans for the day. He packed my dozen up and by the time I came back inside from putting them in my car, my coffee’s were ready. I normally go through the drive through but the lines can get backed up. Instead of being in a hurry, complaining about the wait times and long lines, I went inside and I am glad I did."
"This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’. Completely ignored by staff for 10 plus minutes. They need to lock the door if they only want to work the drive through. The kiosk is pointless for donut orders as you cannot order the same as the counter and it rarely reflects what they actually have. Don’t give them business until they get a new owner. Absolutely terrible."
"Ordered on the way to the store…hoping to pick up and go. Placed the order…paid through app…and once I arrived the pickup had to occurs through drive through. So far been waiting for 10 min. Only waiting cause I don’t know how to cancel the order. They have a sign on the door saying short staff, but I could give people working inside. Should trust people, but are they really short staffed, or just don’t want to work hard? Besides they get the drink order wrong from time to time. Great location, just needs new mgt."
