"We stopped in Saturday morning at 8am. It was not very busy, but it took 10 minutes to get coffee. It took another 20 minutes to get our omlette, and upon delivery, our waitress tells us they are out of banana bread and to make another selection. And to top It off, the bacon was thick and chewy instead of crispy like bacon should be. I couldn't even eat it all! I think this chain has gone way downhill since selling out to a private equity company in 2017. Now, they only care about profits."

"My son and I both ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits. It took more than 10 minutes to come out when there were only 3 tables occupied. When we received our food, the biscuits were stale and cold to the touch and the sausage gravy was lukewarm at best. We ate some of it only because we were both hungry and let the hostess know when we checked out. The manager told us that an employee had turned off the warmer for the biscuits and they had known for 10 minutes. Why was nothing done to make right the orders affected by this?"

"The food was great! First time I get their potato soup and it is probably one of the best I've ever had in the United States. I love everything on the menu, but their banana bread has a special place in my heart! Service could improve a little bit. The waitress just made me and my friend feel awkward. Overall, a good experience!"

"Turkey as black as the bottom of the cooking pan, as hard as it as well. I asked for gravy on the side and they covered it trying to hide the food quality. Worse they offered nothing as a replacement. Filthy bathrooms to boot. If I could give a negative star review I moat assuredly would. So much for a nice family meal out. Lazy staff, horrible waiter, manager oblivious and missing in action. I'd avoid this place. I literally left and went to McDonald's To get something on Easter night to eat Bob Evans has lost this family of 8 peoples order forever."
