The salmon and is perfectly cooked and seasoned.everything is freshly cooked. So, please be patient it’s worth it! I’m from Missouri and I can say the food felt like my mom home cook meal. I had to convince my lady not to cook this year for thanksgiving, to allow (Sharre’s’ Chicken N Jojo’s) to cater!
