"Shop was a bit cluttered, seemed like some of the staff was a bit more interested in chatting than serving me. Right after I put my phone number in, the guy at the register sort of ignored me for a minute or two, talked to his coworker, I couldn’t finish the sale w/out him moving to the next screen, and then he was like “oh yeah, I forgot, sorry” but I got the sandwich in a quick manner and it was still very tasty so it’s not the end of the world. Guess it would’ve been a little nice to have the staff be a bit more attentive when in the middle of taking an order. I don’t care if people chat, but at least finish my order so I can leave."

"JJ's site throws random errors when I try to order delivery and no one at this location ever picks up the phone. This has been going on for months and JJ's has completely lost me as a customer because of it."

"Incredible customer service! We last-minute ordered box lunches for 25 HS lacrosse players. Not only was Jimmy John’s able to fill our order, they delivered quality meals directly to the stadium. The players were very well-fed, the organizer (me) was thrilled that it was so easy, and the other parents were happy they didn’t need to spend time driving around town to pick up and deliver food. Highly recommend!"

"Fast and friendly service; this is an ideal place if you are in a hurry. The meat are not cut fresh so quality is not that great."
