"Couldn’t even cut our bagels even. Ever since the owner left this location it has went down hill. Order is either always wrong or taste not up to standard. Tables are almost always dirty. This time we wanted a breakfast item that would have taken a little longer and it seemed as if it was an inconvenience to the cook as he stated he didn’t know how long it would take. We took it as he didn’t want to cook so we just decided to not get it and just get sandwich’s. Bad for business when a customer feels like they are being an inconvenience and can visibly notice tired stressed and or lazy workers. Sad this used to be my go to place now you’ll probably catch me there 3 times a year max and that would be last resort"

"Decent place to have breakfast/brunch made of fresh ingredients. French toast was unbelievably good, bagel and cream cheese tastes amazing, hotdog was good, andPastrami was mediocre. Staff could be friendlier but over-ally its more a five than four stars. Recommended."

"I ordered the salmon and eggs and an everything bagel with the lox spread. The eggs were not great and the everything bagel was very underwhelming. I thought they made a mistake and gave me a plain or sesame bagel and they told me all their bagels Look like this. Attached is my “everything” bagel- looks nothing like what it should be. Does this look like an everything bagel to anyone?! I would not recommend as there are much better options for a great bagel. This is not it!"

"A longtime hometown favorite. Bagels are nice and soft. Bakery items are available for purchase and taste authentic and fresh. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Service is very slow. Coffee is better next door at Starbucks and you will see most people get coffee at Starbucks and food at Brooklyn Bagel. Paid $22 for 2 breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg and cheese) and a loaf of cinnamon babka. Pick up a sandwich and head to the pack across the street!"
