"Chef is a dictator and customers can only salute! I have been to many fine italian restaurants through out the country. Never before have I been faced with such inflexibility. I was looking for an italian restaurant to have a nice chicken parm with pasta. I had a waitress with an attitude from the get go.  It then proceeded to the menu. I was told the pasta is made with butter, Oil, and peper on top. When I asked about some kind of red sauce instead. I was told the chef will only prepare the pasta one way.  I ended up with a conversation with the manager in which he explained to me once again that the chef will only prepare the pasta one way. They do in fact have red sauce because they give you a small plate of it with 2 slices of bread. Retail or restaurant the mantra is the same. Rule #1 is the customer is always right. Rule #2 is when in doubt see rule #1. There are plenty of great italian restaurants in the Decatur/Atlanta area. Do yourself a favor. Pick one of them and stay away from this one which is ruled by this arrogant dictator of a chef."
