"We stopped by and ordered some of the guava tequenos, a burger, and an Empanada de Pabellon. We ordered at the window and was told it would be about 15 mins, but it took about 30 mins. The guava tequenos were great, best thing we had. The burger was lukewarm and didn't have any seasoning/flavor. It did come with fries, which were crispy shoestring type, again no seasoning at all, not even lightly salted. The empanada was supposed to be beef, black beans, plantain, and cheese. There was no cheese and the meat looked and tasted like shredded chicken instead of beef. The plantain was hard and starchy, I'm used to it being soft and sweet when I order this elsewhere. Overall we weren't impressed with the food."
"A variety of food to choose from. All around pretty good. Like the fact that while you wait the kids can play at the playground. When u finish get some delicious dessert from other food stands in the same food court."
"My 1st time Feb 2020, I ordered Venezuelan empanadas: "Carne mechada" y queso, and I had a chicha (sweet and thick rice drink) all was freshly made, with great authentic Venezuelan flavor. There is only one table right next to where you order, but there are many tables in adjacent main area of the food court. 2nd Visit July 29, 2020 this time because of weather permitting they also have an out side area where you can order and are 4 tables with umbrellas ideal for this COVID-19 times. The attendant/cashier she was very nice, friendly and professional. Today I had the traditional Venezuelan dish: "Pabellón Criollo" It is a plate of shredded beef, rice, black beans, fried plantains and arepitas (small Venezuelan type of corncakes) with a "jugo de parchita" (passion fruit juice). Everything was simple great!!! Yesterday July 10, 2022 in one of my multiple visits, I had a "Cachapa de jamón y queso de mano" and an "Empana de Pabellón" both were great."
"Never had arepas before so wanted to try them. They were delicious with the mano cheese. Service is slow but the staff was friendly and the place was busy. This place has two entrances: a walk up window in the parking lot and another entrance inside the mall."
"Got the Arepa Tour. The counter server was friendly and took his time to recommend me their arepas fillings.. all 4 was tasty! Their garlic sauce is the perfect topping."
