"I had to take my fries back because they were hard, and cold. They were dark brown something I have never seen at Chick fil a. When I went to eat my nuggets they too were hard and cold. The back of the house quality of food and service clearly does not care about the front end enough to check quality of food. This is not the first time. Highly dissatisfied with this location."

"I'm very disappointed. I loved eating a sandwich, especially one that had lettuce. I'm pregnant and that day I had a long day and I was hungry but I couldn't drive my daughter and I went shopping but the surprise I got was very unpleasant."

"Chuck fil a is suffering just like every other restaurant due to the sheer effort put into serving the nonstop flow of door dash, and the like, customers vs. the customers standing right inside of the store. This is sad because if it were not for the in person customers none of the businesses would exist. All of the food was not hot and fresh tasting like other locations - not sure why? And they messed up a milkshake twice and I waited at least 15 minutes just to get a single correct replacement. Not the best..."

"This is my second time here. It's probably the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. There's food crumbs over at a table over the floor. To be fair, this could be a temporary staffing shortage issue. The parking is also very difficult. This place stays busy and it seemed how closed half of their available parking to redirect traffic."
