"I ordered the Protein Paradise bowl & the food tasted delicious, but it was not hot; I don’t think that it’s a chilled bowl, but not 100% sure. I picked it up 8 mins after I ordered it so the temp shouldn’t have cooled that fast. Upon pick up, the customer service was nonexistent (which is a shame). I was greeted with awkward stares from an older gentleman & a younger girl (the cashier). When I made it to the register, instead of saying, “Hi,” or asking how she could help, the cashier’s “greeting” to me was, “for?!” to which I replied, “What?!” *insert awkward stare down* “I was waiting for you to say, ‘hi.’ “ Apparently, she ASSUMED that I was picking up an order (which I was) & was asking who I was picking up for instead of properly greeting a customer. She then glanced over at the older guy as to ask for help with her eyes, & he asked if I was picking up, took my name, & handed me my bag of food. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my job & though the food seems healthy & tasted good (after being microwaved), the service was trash so… not sure that I’ll return."

"Some of the proteins incurr in extra price which I don't believe it's worth it, sadly I didn't saw the sing until I got charge $2.50 extra for choosing stake and $2.50 extra for choosing shrimp, I wouldn't mind paying if they put a bigger amount, the girl had to fish the shrimp out of the empty pot! I ordered the Big Mahana Bowl, flavor was decent!"

"First time here. The food was good. Being that how steak is prepared is a personal preference, I had a few pieces that appeared prepared and chewy. Again, its a personal preference. The rice, green beans and mushrooms were delicious. The service was good. The server walked through the options and was patient. The atmosphere felt pretty standard for the dining experience. I would try it again."

"Soooo delicious, and completely GLUTEN FREE. My daughter was able to order anything she wanted without having to worry, which is such a nice treat. The staff was kind and patient and helpful with the ordering process. Their smoothies are freshly made and great too."

"Absolutely impressed with the bowl I got today. Ingredients were very healthy and filling for a great price. it was my first time ordering a poke bowl like this but the staff was very helpful with the selection process. I enjoyed getting all the different sauces in separate containers so I could really experiment with the flavors unlike similar places who drown the bowl with sauce. My buddies and I will be back for more to say the least."
