"The service was horrible. A server with a huge mole on her face was very rude to my husband, she literally yelled at him about a table in front of a packed restaurant, not cool. He changed his mind about having takeout and decided to eat in when a table became available, she was not having that,she yelled at him that he said that he wanted takeout and someone else is waiting, even though we was there first. Needless to say we ended up eating in the parking lot inside of our car. He lost his appetite, I tried to eat my food but the mood was spoiled."

"I'd always wanted to try waffle house but didn't want to get shot. I was going to go one time but stayed up late the night before reading a wiki page on waffle house shooting and got too spooked to go. When visiting my cousins, they assured me this location was in a safe area so I finally gave it a try. The food was great! Service was a little slow and they apologized for it saying two of their main people were out. It was still much faster than most breakfast places on a weekend. I had the seasonal pumpkin waffle and hash browns and would recommend. Prices were great."

"Food was fast but my order wasn't made as it was ordered and instead of offering to remake it the waitress said," I can have some onions cooked and then added to your sandwich." This is the cheap way of correcting their mistake and obviously wouldn't taste as fresh which would have made my texas bacon chicken melt sandwich plus the hash browns cold. Perhaps better training and more interest in customer satisfaction would help. I realize that you shouldn't expect white table cloth service at a Waffle House, however, it's not unreasonable to expect your order to be made correctly especially when you still tip the waitress 20 %. I trust they might regain a measure of pride back into their work and dealings with the public and their customers."

"Food is so good here. Service was awesome and food came out quick and fresh. The staff is very nice and friendly. Zandra is my babyyyy! Freckles is a whole vibe, Waitress Zy is my favorite and Sherrie is sweet as pie. They are all Very sweet and helpful. I cleaned my plate. The food was delicious. I come here every single time I come to town and it’s always A1. I highly recommend. Only one I come too."

"This is a start to a new family Christmas tradition! We decided this year to try something new on Christmas Day. Instead of going to one of the typical stuffy restaurants with the over-priced prix fixe menu, we opted to give Waffle House a try. Amazing! The place was packed! “Shorty” was our host. He greeted us immediately and added our names to the wait list. Once we were seated our server, Michael promptly took our drink order and was extremely helpful with our special requests and item substitutions. The entire staff was full of holiday spirit and upbeat, which definitely added to the Christmas breakfast/brunch experience. The hash browns were undoubtedly a hit amongst everyone in our group... crisp and perfectly seasoned! From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment of our Christmas Meal. No doubt that this was the start of a new tradition."
