"I have always liked this location until today. I came in the line and redeemed a fries and a chicken sandwich and told the lady to add a small milk shake. She did not ask for payment, so I asked her if she added the shake she said she forgot and told me they can add it at the window. When I got to the window the Manager a Kendra said I can’t add anything. I told her the lady who took my order said I could. She started bobbing her neck saying I am telling you it can’t be done so you would have to re join the line. The young man with the twisty started giggling as she continued to say something under breath."

"I used to really like this location on Piedmont but lately they’ve been terrible. Not only have they been super slow, but the food has been subpar, they’ve gotten my most recent orders incorrect and have a super rude security guard that yelled at me and called me retarded during my last visit. I’ll probably not frequent this location anymore and complain to corporate. Do yourself a favor, brave that horrible Atlanta traffic and go elsewhere"

"Fast and efficient. I saw the line wrapped around the store and got worried. Plenty of parking and we were in and out quicker than Soncho on a Friday night. Food was fresh and store was clean. They did however forgot to give us forks with our salad. Had to grab some from the hotel con-cierge service"
