"Be careful at this location. The franchise owner/ manager is purposefully overcharging customers when they should not be. I don’t fault the staff for doing their job as these tactics come from the top. Other location don’t follow these practices. I only guess is that they are doing it to rob the hardworking staff workers over at Delta corporate office. I won’t return and instead will continue to visit the camp creek location. Don’t be a victim… save yourself the headache and just eat elsewhere. Also and the chicken they charge extra for have been stone COLD my last two visits. Don’t eat here. Hopefully Moe’s corporate will take action and stop these practices, and bring the food standard up to where they belong."

"This is the only Moe’s that I come too. I typically order on the app and go and pick up my order . My food is always fresh and they always get my order right. The vibe is always great and the restaurant is always so clean. Definitely my go to when I want a good burrito."

"I had my food DoorDash. They left my queso dip outside my bag, so I called the restaurant to see if I can get my queso sauce along with a remake of my nachos since I have to go to the store and get my dip so I I called the Virginia Avenue store at 2:15 PM on November 4 spoke to the manager I asked was it possible that my food be remade if I brought the uneaten food up there along with my queso since by the time I get there my food will be soggy and cold, because they left out my queso so the female manager that I spoke to said no because she assume that I started eating my food and I told her that I would like my food remade because I ordered it with the queso to enjoy it with not for me to just have hot queso and cold soggy nachos and when I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager and I told her well that explains a lot and she hung up very rude and I feel disrespected for not accommodating paying customer for their mistakes whether I came into the store or DoorDash. I still pay for my food. The female manager was very rude and you can tell that she despises her job. She sounds very unhappy being at her job. Maybe they can find somebody that I actually do their job correctly and have a better attitude. Next time I’ll order from Buffington Road at least they have better service and a better attitude."
