Hattie B's Hot Chicken- Atlanta West Midtown

"I had heard so many good things about the food that I had to try this for myself. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff. Ordering was easy and we sat right away. There was a good vibe to the place, and I found myself wanting to sing along to the music. All of our food tasted great! I had fries and chicken with coleslaw. I ate the banana pudding too. I can’t wait to go back and sample other things on the menu. The parking spots are limited but I did see there is a lot across the street If needed."

"The cashier/order taker helped us choose the right spice level and that helped make the burger more palatable. The burger was tasty and so were the sides we ordered fries, mac and cheese and pea salad."

"My boyfriend and I stopped here to get lunch. When we arrived we parked in their lot. We walked in and went to the counter. A young lady took our meals of the hot chicken sandwich and mac and chesse. It came out after a bit. When I dug in the chicken was salty, but the mac was good. I had a decent experience all in all."

"Table for 3 for lunch Approaching the restaurant, I noticed a small parking lot was attached with only a few spaces available. Your best option would be to use the paid public parking lot across 10th Street, like we did. We found an open spot, completed the online payment via a scanned QR code, and crossed the street to reach the restaurant.  We entered  Hattie B’s, joined a short line that moved quickly. When we approached the register, we received a warm greeting, placed our orders, and then stepped outside to find a table. For our meal selections, my daughter opted for a chicken sandwich with mild sauce and a side of fries. Wifey chose the 3-wing meal without sauce, accompanied by cole slaw and collard greens. I copied her choice, opting for the same 3-wing meal, but with a medium spice level, paired with coleslaw and black-eyed pea salad. We enjoyed the wings and appreciated their generous size, but I wasn't falling out of my chair. I thought the wings could have been a little crunchier and used a little more salt/seasoning. The medium sauce had a good kick, but not overpowering, and my sides were good. My daughter said her sandwich was good, and she appreciated the mild sauce with its subtle kick. She also complimented the French fries for being both good and crunchy. To cap off our lunch, we shared a banana pudding for dessert,  which tasted just like the southern classic. The dining areas were very clean, and all the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. 3.5 Rating"

"Had to try the Fried Chicken Sandwich. I went with Mild which had just the right amount of heat for my liking. I chose the crinkle cut fries as my side. Thats definitely the perfect pairing. I ordered a side of mac & cheese (which was just so so imo). I finished the meal with the Peach Cobbler. I probably should have added on a scoop of ice cream. Overall I enjoyed my meal. The restaurant was very clean, and staff were very friendly."
