Teriyaki Madness

"You literally have to bend your neck up as far as you can to read the menu,to the point your head hurts ,it’s reasonably priced but I give the food a 4/10. They put way too much sauce on it .And when I went to get chopsticks I pulled one out and the whole bottom was 2 inches thick in someone’s spilled drink ,and I asked the lady at the front for new chop sticks bc these are covered in drink at the bottom and she got me new ones and didn’t replace and clean the container the others were in and just left it how it was while other customers grabbed the dirty chopsticks .she had time to clean it she stood for several minutes waiting on the next customer ,if they are this unclean about there eating utensils imagine the food . This is my first time eating here and my last ."

"I had the large teriyaki chicken bowl & my bf had the large orange chicken bowl. The flavors were delicious, the portions were great for the price, and the chicken egg roll was really tasty. The only downside was the white rice. It was severely mushy and overcooked. Maybe next time we’ll get fried rice instead."

"Really feeling this place. It’s a nice switch up from the ordinary casual fast food options nearby. I got a jr size chicken teriyaki no veggie, an egg roll and crab rangoon. The portions were great, the food was made to order hot & fresh, the rice was perfect, delicious sauces and tender chicken. Service was good too"

"Do not visit hungry! I walked into an almost empty restaurant at 4:55pm (one customer ordered before me). I was told my order would take 10 mins. After waiting patiently for 30 MINUTES! I inquired about the status of my order and was then told they had to fulfill a large catering order. Had I been told before hand there would be a long wait I would’ve chose another restaurant. The manager offered a free drink but that doesn’t make up for waiting an HOUR for my food. Clearly management prioritized the catering order over online and to-go orders. I’m at an hour now and still NO FOOD! Very disappointed."

"First timer experience. Food presentation was good. Food was made to order so that’s a plus. Kitchen looked clean and they have 100 score rating with health department. Overall taste is great. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl combo that comes with a drink & egg roll. I did upgrade to fried rice. I also got a 4 ct crab ragoons order too. The ragoons could be filled more but they tasted good otherwise. The sauce they give with egg roll & the ragoons are good! I will be back. Thank you."
