"I went to the Drive thru, the Service was ok… The Atmosphere of the Restaurant was a bit off, the Staff could have been more Friendly. The Drive Thru area could have been a bit cleaner as well. No Napkins were given, I honestly forgot to check before I left the Window, but I just assumed they giveNapkins since you’re Ordering Food!! The Food was tasty, it didn’t seem to have been sitting u see a Light for a while. The Temperature of the Food was Warm. The Side (Mashed Potatoes & Gravy) was ok as well."

"Ordered through mobile app. Received notice my order was ready to pickup. After entering location, found out order had not even been started yet. Staff was courteous, and helpful, and pleasant to deal with, but food took an additional 9 minutes after I entered, (after the app said it was ready) and then, the food received was warm, but nowhere near how hot freshly made items should have been."

"The dinning area was closed today,so I had to go through the drive thru, I drive about 15 minutes to get chicken potpies and one time they had none & another time they had no chicken in them. But they seem to be pretty nice. Also, I never get the price at the drive thru, only at the window. I hate that I have to call before I go get potpies because I don't want to make that drive for nothing."

"I was so disappointed about my visit to this location. The service was nul an void. The chicken nuggets was burned and hard and my pot pie was so beautiful outside but hollow on the inside. The icing on the cake was I found a bone in my pot pie. I hate to see franchises not being up to their reputation of being good but in Africa America communities they're a mess."

"Only 6 fries in my order of funnel cake fries, no sides with my combo, doors were locked so I had to wait an extra 15 min in the drive thru again to get my food. While waiting in line 3 different people walked up to my car and asked for a dollar."
