Dunkin'

"Lately every time I come to this location no one answers at the drive-thru and if they do they tell me to wait for several minutes (when im the only car there…) recently when I was served, the bagel I ordered was definitely stale. It’s such a shame because I love Dunkin, but there doesn’t seem to be a point to go to this one anymore since it’s difficult to even get an order in :/"

"Dunkin servers donuts and coffee. They have decent breakfast sandwiches and bagels too. This location is small and have few parking spots. During morning rush hour, expect a line going out to the street. Service is friendly and quick. Use the APP for easy order and payment. Enjoy"

"We walked up and no one greeted us. There were 3 workers and I asked a young man if anyone was available to help customers. He said to use the kiosk. I said I wanted to make sure the donuts were available before ordering. We ordered and there was a lot of milling @ and finally got our donuts. They were average good but customer service needs improvement and customer service training."

"Terrible! Incompetent staff and rude female manager. I pulled into the drive-through, and I was the only car in line. No one answered. When I tried to order, a staff member told me to wait. After several minutes of waiting 4-5 more cars lined up behind me in the drive-through. I got tired of waiting and drove up to the window, where the manager refused to help me. I asked if I could order at the window instead, as no one was assisting at the drive-through. She said n”No, I’m sorry—you’ll have to drive around again and order in the drive-through.” Horrible service."

"Just had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. We ordered online then waited for a few minutes at the window and didnt see any workers inside. We tapped on the window to make sure there were employees inside and Darnell came to the window and yelled at us for tapping. He said to never do it again ever and that he was going to make our drinks more slowly. He then repeated to never ever tap on his window again and I was just shocked. His over reaction was completely unacceptable and we let him know that we didnt mean any offense by tapping. He reacted with a blank stare. I believe Darnell would really benefit from anger management courses and his managers should know that he is literally scaring customers away."
