"Revised Review: I've updated my review to one star based on my recent experience on October 5 at 9:35 PM. I was disappointed with the service provided by the only server (female) who lacked hospitality and professionalism. Upon entering, we weren't welcomed and felt a negative attitude when asked for a particular table & we inquired about the menu. Due to the uncomfortable atmosphere, we decided to leave. This used to be our preferred Waffle House, but we won't be returning. You've lost a potential $60 sale tonight. I suggest addressing the ignorant staff member who wasn't wearing a name tag and the cook who seemed dismissive and unhelpful. Date of experience: 3/23/23 at around 9:50pm…This is (literally) the cleanest Waffle House that i have ever walked into. Mike, the chef cooked with his heart-in-it. He even brought out the food to us — i had to think for a second & was like, “am I in the right place?” — the service provided by Mike, and the very nice server was truly amazing. Thank you for providing high quality, delicious food and excellent service. My hopes is that they both get internally recognized for being the best at what they do! I just moved to the neighborhood and glad that this is my local Waffle House — HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
