"My husband visited the Urgent Care location on Hwy 278 yesterday. Since he had respiratory symptoms, our primary care office sent him there rather than coming to their office (possibility of Covid). The office was crowded, but we were quickly and courteously greeted by Chantea at the reception desk. She suggested that rather than wait, we return in 1 1/2 hours to be seen. She also resolved a glitch with our newly issued health insurance card by calling the provider of coverage. When we returned, we were immediately ushered to an exam room and vitals were taken by the nurse, Deon. Again, a good experience. She was competent, courteous, and concerned as she did vitals and testing. We then saw the Nurse Practitioner, Alicia for a diagnosis. Another good experience as she answered our questions, prescribed medication, and made suggestions for things to do to make his recovery quicker and more comfortable. Everyone with whom we came in contact was wonderful. If you can't see your primary care physician, I would certainly recommend this Urgent Care location!"

"My son woke up in the middle of the night with a high fever and classic strep symptoms. I was able to make him an appointment online so easily. We showed up pretty early hoping to be seen early and they did take us back before our scheduled appointment time. The nurse and provider were so compassionate, kind, and thorough. This meant a lot especially since this facility is not necessarily a pediatric office. We were in and out relatively quick, and the rx was called in quickly. Great service, great care, highly recommend!"
