"My 4 y.o love Quesadilla's ordered him 3 of them when we got home they were cold and burnt. I wish I knew how to upload a picture bc I would. I also ordered 3 soft shell when I say meat was freezing...its sad. I called up there to complain and it was almost as if I was lying about the quality of the food. I know its fast food but anywhere you spend money you want it at least half way right THE FIRST TIME and not to be inconvenienced to prove your point. Its disgusting!! I WONT BE BACK"

"Very poor service. I ordered two items online, and paid 3.50 to add steak to them. I get to the restaurant and they have no steak. They told me take chicken or beef. Refund was not an option because I ordered online. No concessions were made to offset my overpayment of adding steak. Very unfriendly staff.. find another restaurant to go to.."

"Trying to door dash and do my job to help feed my family and I was met with the worst staffing environment ever. Completely rude and unintelligible staff with no customer service experience at all! Ya'll Trying to do your job like me, difference is your staff has no training! Nor does the multiple mangers representing this establishment care to fix any and ALL issues! "I went through the drive-through and got the tacos, simply bacon, egg & cheese, grilled to perfection--3 of them. They didn't make it out of the parking lot. That pretty much covers all you need to know."

"I ordered some food from the drive threw and after I paid for my food while I was at the window I ask for a side of sour cream, then the young lady told me she can’t take orders at the window. I’m like but it’s sour cream, ok so I went inside, which a customer let me in it was 8pm. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes and then one of the workers said we are close. I told them I already ordered food and that I only wanted sour cream. The woman who had a nasty attitude, I’m assuming who was the manager told me to get back in line (drive threw) to order sour cream. It was at least 6 cars in the drive threw. As pregnant as I’am I was very upset so I went to Eden’s Fresh to buy a bottle of sour cream. I have worked at plenty restaurants and people like that really make the business look bad. Very unprofessional!!! I will be calling corporate. November 1, 2024 after 7pm!!"
