Chicken Salad Chick

"First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. The food was good though."

"I'm not sure what has happened. This used to be such a fun Saturday treat. The past visit, my husband and I were so sick after eating here. The staff is rude and the quality of food has majorly dropped off. Not to mention, they skimp on all the portions now. The chicken salad doesn't even cover the bread and the chips are about half of what they used to be. The macaroni was inedible. There used to be a crowd here on Saturday, but the place is bare.I don't know if they changed ownership, but they need to figure it out soon. Sadly, we will not be back."

"I had a very lovely experience today with the smiling face of Malcom. He was such a nice and helpful guy and deserves a shout out. So many times, the bad apples get the "reviews" while the great employees are overlooked. Happy and cheerful service people deserve the recognition! Food is great too!!"

"This was my first time here and it was a pleasant experience. For starters, it's hard to find a place that has even DECENT chicken salad, let alone delicious. Secondly the customer service was top notch. The cashier was very nice and informative as I was asking questions and even gave us samples (which I was not even expecting. Other restaurants should take notes.). The waitress there was very fast with our food and had a very pleasant attitude. The restaurant itself was clean and homely feeling. It was overall a great experience. If you're looking for top notch chicken salad, this is definitely the place to go for it without disappointment. Food, customer service, and atmosphere all a five."

"Absolutely best customer service point blank period. Well kept and clean dine in. I mean impeccably clean. Young lady in front who took my order was polite and patient as I had never been there. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable genuinely nice upbeat..The chicken salad is Absolutely delicious. The egg salad was good as well. I wish I had taken pictures. I was so excited to get my food, the thought left my head. I will be returning and I will be recommending this gem to anyone and everyone that will listen..it isn't often when you get the whole package when it comes to a restaurant. Fast, clean, accurate and great customer service! They have it all."
