"This location is very negligent! They don't check orders before giving them out and when you call about it they put you on hold forever to speak to management! I have a special needs child and ordered a nugget meal she didn't receive fries nor a toy I had to give half of my fries which left my meal short! When I called to complain I asked for my whole meal order to be replaced because I was also missing another item I was left on hold for over 35 minutes waiting on the appropriate manager so I was told! The little food I did receive and didn't have to share was cold by the time I even got to it! I never got to speak to anyone because I literally was just left on hold! I really want my money back because for 2 people and for th to not do their due diligence when giving out orders is ridiculous ...its not rocket science!"

"I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in month's, and for a good reason. I was on the way to meet someone in Atlanta, and wanted something quick and hot but not heavy. My choices were limited coming off Hwy 75 on Windy Hill Rd. So I chose Chick-fil-A. I ordered "Freshly Cooked" chicken tenders (Entrée only), I also stated that I didn't mind pulling over to the side to wait. The girl that took my order replied "I promise you that they will be cooked fresh" I paid, and before I could even pull up to the window, another girl was walking my order over to my car. I said, I ordered fresh cooked, she stated that they had just been cooked. I take the order and as I'm driving to make a U-turn to had back to 75, I grab one of the tenders. It was Luke warm and it taste as if it was dropped back into the oil after already being cooked. It was soaked with cooking oil. Ladies and Gentlemen, Chick-fil-A has officially been over taken by employees from the other garbage fast food chains because that's what it has officially become, a freak'n saturated salt-bath, a bona-fide dump, a garbage fast food chain. I warned people that the garbage employees from other fast food dumps would eventually invade, and I see that I'm still 99.99% correct in my evaluations and projections."

"Not even sure if this is edible… The tenders I ordered were cut by a 6 year old. I couldn’t even chew them, full of cartilage and fat. Disgusting. Only good thing about the trip was my large Fanta. Thank god they didn’t hand make that!"

"Before I moved to this area I was a huge Chick-fil-A guy and probably ate there more often than I should. Since day one, I noticed there is something off about the Terrell Mill location. Not only is the service is extremely slow, but the flavor of the food is off. After 3 bad sandwiches in a row, I knew it was time to set my addiction aside, and stop going to this location, no matter how convenient. There's just something weird about the food. From the texture, to the flavor... it is not the Chick-fil-A I know and love and I would love it if they would read all these negative reviews and do something about it."

"I never have an issue with any chick fila but this one on windy hill. I get the same order and each and every Chick-fil-A I don’t spend $5 on yogurt to get this everytime I come to this one I have issues with how much yogurt and cookie crumbs they give me. I spend over $5 on yogurt this is just not acceptable I come to Chick-fil-A everyday before work Monday through Friday depending on the rout I take to work I stop at either or but this one on windy hill this is the 3rd time and the 1st time they accommodated me for the proportions but today was over the top manager was just rude telling staff to not give me proper amount cause the 1 was the correct…. I just left so upset."
