"Rated with one star. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to! I would never ever go back to this place. The guy who took the order was unfriendly. It took me the longest to get my order. there are other Starbucks around where I can have a much better experience"

"Closest Starbucks to me. They keep letting me down (especially this location’s service) Today I ordered a matcha tea without ice because it was cold enough outside and this is how much of the beverage I got. I guess most of their drinks are mainly ice."

"Two times in a row I’ve ordered two different lattesand it tasted like hot milk with no coffee. I had other people taste it this time too and they said the same - it just tastes like pure steamed milk with a little sweetener. Someone is making drinks with no espresso added or they are putting 1/4 shots to give it a mild coffee smell. Won’t be getting coffee here again Edit: upon reading other reviews I believe they are reusing espresso pucks. So just pulling multiple shots from the same puck. Hence the coffee smell but no coffee. Maximum laziness"

"On my first inside visit shortly after they opened I decided to work inside for a few hours. All the tables were dirty. I used my personal hand sanitizer to clean off my table and get setup for work. I ordered a drink and it was made pretty swiftly. Staff was about average….hi and bye attitude. Nothing special. The temperature was sub zero. It was extremely cold. I ordered a warm drink and grabbed a jacket from the car. I ended up leaving early because there were ONLY two places to charge your laptop and both spaces had people sitting there. Large patio for outdoor sitting. Nice location over all but the need more charging stations."
