"the place is usually a good hangout spot but over the past year and a half or so it has really been going down hill. the drinks are just bad now or hit or miss if your lucky and ridiculously priced (i can’t have a dairy and a medium chai with a dairy alternative is around $6!) you’ll get a good sandwich 1 out of 10 times and all the donuts are dry and bland. the staff is usually nice but sometimes they argue loud enough for the customers to hear. and if you stay too long you’re clothes will end up spelling like bad coffee. you’re better off spending your money somewhere else."

"i have been coming here for just about 2 years now and everytime i would come in the inside would be so clean and someone would clean the lobby every 10-20 minutes! my drink was given to me when i was still paying and as soon as i was done paying my food was done as well! the employees are always so nice when i come in ! i highly recommend this dunkin!"

"Rudest owner I have ever encountered! If you want better reviews you can be kind and show a smile or acknowledge your customers. I am a frequent at DD, but my last time ever going here! There were 6 cars in front of me so I ordered on the app. When I got to the window I was rudely told "you should give us time to make your order. Do not do this." So, I of course said okay. I'm sorry. When I arrived at the window the face he made and me, even when I said good morning and was about to apologize, he would not even acknowledge and speak to me. Turn off mobile ordering if it's gonna be an inconvenience or have me. Pull around and wait which I did not mind to do. But the rudeness was absolutely not acceptable"

"They double charged me for nondairy milk and added charges for extra swirls, then didn't even give me nondairy milk. It tasted sour and clumpy. When I asked if they could please make it with the nondairy I asked for, the manager scoffed at me and went back to "remake" it. He didn't, it was the same drink, same straw. It looks like all he did was pour some out and add a swig of milk. I couldn't even ask if it could be made right without the other manager yelling to hurry up and keep the line moving. I understand fast food needs to be quick, but what if I was highly allergic and now they had a case on their hands? It seems as long as you're in a higher position, you can do anything you want without care for customers. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in drinks. I wouldn't risk it."

"Stopped by to get myself a treat for after the MRI I was headed to. The nicest associate named Zee helped me. My two donuts will never make their sales plan but Zee treated me like it was his biggest sale ever. He wished me good luck with my MRI. I’ll drive out of my way to come here. Thank you."
