"Honestly, if this was earlier in the afternoon, I might be more inclined to overlook this incident and just be a unhappy customer. At 5:11pm, I placed an order for a cobb salad and four dressings. Two of the dressings are favorites of mine from Chick fil A, and the other two I wanted to try out. The team member, was very pleasant in taking my order as I was the only person in the drive through. As I sat watching my order being prepared, I noted that for once, I choose the right time to visit. The staff was relaxed and not stressed with customers. When my order was delivered , I asked the team member if I had all of my dressing and she (8824) very pleasantly said, "yes mame, it's all there". Well, it was not all there. I was short one dressing. one of the two that I really enjoy with my meal. This is inexcusable, especially as I was the only person/car going through drive through. My order number was 8824, for your references."

"Stopped by for breakfast this morning ordered #1 combo with coffee- 3 French Vanilla creamers and 4 sugars. Pic shows 5 creamers and 5 half and half, but black coffee in cup. This place is going down. Probably headed to McDonald's from here on out."

"I arrived and briefly ordered my food and told the staff I will be patient with them cooking my food to order! I received my order and it was not cooked to order so I let them know I didn’t mind waiting! The male team member stated they would get that fixed for me when he returned my fries were fried to a burnt crisp to the point I couldn’t eat them! I returned back and the manager stated “I wouldn’t even eat those” and fixed the order! I 10/10 don’t recommend the drive through if you want something fresh go in the inside! Fire the cooks or change your oil temperature!"

"This is my favorite lunch spot. Staff are extremely friendly and very fast on delivering your food to you right after orders. It's always very clean inside and out. I love it"

"I can see why this place has so many negative reviews. Out of all fast food places to have negative reviews, chick fil a is not one that comes to mind but wow I spent my whole break just getting my lunch on a Saturday afternoon like really? There was a lot of chatter going on at the window and it seems like there is poor management. I understand if it was a Monday at lunch time but this is just disappointing. Will not be coming back to this location."
