"Terrible environment. My 73 year old grandmother came through your drive through today(1/18/24) at around 5:00pm and was beyond disrespected. Not only was she yelled at thru the drive thru intercom, she was also referred to as “girl”, and when trying to explain that she had trouble hearing (due to her age) the drive thru window was slammed in her face. I expect a response otherwise I will be coming up there and there won’t be anymore slamming windows, corporate will be informed and this will be resolved. The lack of respect is disgusting!!!! Have a nice day"

"I placed an order on the app for a peanut power plus smoothie at this location 2930 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 on 12/17/2023 at 8:45am. There were two young ladies working there at the time. I picked up my smoothie and noticed it was super thick, barely able to sip it. I realized no dates were in it, I asked if dates were available and she said no. Why make the smoothie if your missing ingredients? I asked for a refund for my smoothie. She stated it would go back on my card but I didn't feel confident. Her lack.luster attitude was not reassuring at all. I would like my money and my rewards refunded back to me."

"We frequent this establishment regularly because this is the only Smoothie King in the City of Smyrna, GA; however, the leadership (owner and management) clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of quality customer service. We consistently place mobile orders AFTER this location is supposed to be open; for example, today, Sun 7/18/23, we placed an order at 10:30 am for pickup at 10:50 am, and even though this location was supposed to be open at 10 am, we arrived at 11 am to pick-up our two small smoothies, yet there was no one here. Worst of all, we were one of 6 cars that were here also, waiting for their mobile orders. Additionally, when we do place mobile orders, we usually have to wait 30+ minutes to receive our order, regardless of the pick-up time per the mobile order. It’s worst when we rarely place our orders in person; we’ve had to wait as much as 66 minutes (1 hour and 6 minutes) before when receiving in-person placed orders. The staff does their best, but the issue is that ownership and/or management only staff one person at a time to operate the two drive-thru windows and one pick-up window. We came back at 1:00 pm to pick up our order from earlier today, Sun 7/18/23, for pick-up at 10:45 am, we waited 47 minutes to receive our two small orders, and there were nine cars, in addition to ours, and two customers at the walk-up pick-up window here at this time — with only one staff member. Do better ownership and management. Pay your employees more, train them better, and set them up for success, not failure, by staffing more and showing you care. As a former restaurant general manager for five years, I know this establishment could do so much business with at least 4-6 staff on hand at all times—as all other Smoothie King locations do. The picture is of the note I left for them at 11 am when no one was here an hour after they were supposed to be open."

"Placed an order online this morning to pick up on my way to work. Order was to be ready at 7:17 a.m. it is now 7:22 a.m. and no one is here. Cars are waiting in line but no staff is here. Definitely will NOT be returning here and hopefully there are no issues with getting a refund. I should have read the reviews prior to coming and I would have seen all the red flags! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. It is now 7:25 a.m. and none is still here."
