"Tried to order with a coupon & when I said I had another coupon for a separate transaction was told I could not use it. As a fast food worker myself, I know that if it is a separate transaction you can, in fact, do that. When I questioned that I was rudely told we would have to drive around again! Wow great customer service there... My family & I then left to spend our money elsewhere. Not sure who was managing but as we drove away we could hear someone in the back ground telling that employee to accept the orders. To little to late, we will not be back to this location."

"The disgusting nasty attitude having badly built black woman (idk if she is a manager) was extremely nasty and argumentative over the kids menu. She cut off the original employee that was taking the order, which is a special needs white girl. How sick is she? She was lying and saying that ice cream is not offered as part of the kids menu in lieu of a toy. It’s clearly written on the screen. Illiterate woman can’t even read or understand her own menu. She was yelling and screaming like she lost her mind. Not sure how she still has a job and I’m sure this location is losing sales like crazy. She needs to be fired immediately. No I did not get food from here but I did tell her about herself. Last time I came here she tried to short the ice cream and their food is always old. Sad individual."

"The girl working the drive thru window clearly was having an off morning but ok, it's Monday. But I made the mistake of looking in the kitchen, not the cleanest.. but ok, it's fast food and seek and you'll find.. so I was going to ignore that. But the 5 piece French toast stick combo I ordered was inedible. Too salty and clearly whomever made it didn't care. Order time and date on receipt pic"
