"The customer service was wonderful, I mistakenly didn’t order a meal with my 8 count nugget and I offered to pay for the fries but they gave me the fries for free. I’m not rating them base on the free fries but I never have a issue at chick-fil-a . I come to this location quite often and it’s always a pleasure to be serve by them! Thank you Nate and your team for always showing great customer service."

"Asked for the manager and she looked at me and snickered, my order has been wrong time after time. At this location but I work in the mall, why should I have to leave just to get Chick-fil-A for lunch? I asked for a manager bc I thought that person would care more then the regular crew. But they are clearly just as ignorant when it comes to how to do customer service properly. I will never spend another dime at this location, it gives Chick-fil-A a bad name."

"Zero customer service. The “manager” name Shyle or something like that, was disrespectful even in front of my 6 years old daughter. She delivered my order incomplete, I’m very bad condition. She turned around and laugh. Very disrespectful, zero manners. She even care about the customer. For that reason I’ll never come back again. Shame on her!"
