"Great Doc, good care. However, the way the office is managed is lacking. Any office in 2020 should have the ability to email documents and have them returned. Only accepting faxes and dropping off paperwork is unacceptable. I understand HIPAA can be challenging at times, but as a customer we pay a healthy amount, and the service provided needs to reflect that price. It's time for someone in this office to reach out to an IT professional and take the necessary steps to being HIPAA compliant while leveraging modern technology."
