"They refused my son. Due to the lack of decent staff and poor team work, someone wrote the incorrect time on the appointment paper. When my wife arrived with our son, they refused him and said she was late. After showing that she was there at the time of the appointment, they told her to reschedule knowingly the appointment was the only way he could begin school. Sad."
