"This is the best Krystal in Jacksonville! I always feel like family here. The young lady at the counter was so engaging! It was like old friends. She made sure to check my meal for accuracy and made me smile with a story about her kids!"

"Disclaimer. I went at 1am and anything is good at that time of night. The Krystal burgers were just as they should be stopped. The bread was warm and soft. The meat was hot and they made it just the way I like it. the strawberry soda on point. The french fries were hot. But I don't like their new fries. The have a weird coating on the fries. Like the old ones better"

"I got the breakfast sandwich on toast and the breakfast sandwich biscuit and they both were dry and horrible. The inside of the store was clean and the employees working there were very nice."

"Ordered a #1 with cheese and all of the burgers were disgusting. The meat was grey and looked like it was melting into the bottom bun, causing it all to be soggy and soft. The fries looked like they were just sitting and soaking in grease. So gross. The large woman at the window was rude as well."

"Only get Krystal once a year if that, whenever we get to travel south. Last few times service and food has been kind of subpar. This time was probably one if not my best experience with service and food. The cashiers were super friendly and helpful. Since my wife didn't grow up with Krystal, she had a thousand questions and rambled through what she wanted. The cashier was super patient and ended telling her the best way to order what she wanted, to get the best bang for the buck. Everything was cooked fresh and quick. Nothing was to soggy, they actually got my daughter's special order right.. no mustard, onions, just plain Jane. That has been an issue in the past at other locations. Kudos to this location for making our trip to Orlando just a little better with great customer service and good food!"
